USCITA SCI/SNOWBOARD
Lenzerheide - 28.01.2017
Costo: Studenti e Collaboratori chf 40.- Descrizione: Uscita per sciatori, snowboarder indipendenti organizzata presso il comprensorio sciistico di Lenzerheide. Il team USI SUPSI Sport sarà presente per accompagnarvi sulle piste e proporre delle attività condotte. Quando: 14.01.2017 Costo: Studenti e Collaboratori chf 30.- Descrizione: Vi proponiamo una escursione al chiaro di luna con le racchette da neve. La serata viene organizzata presso il comprensorio di Carì. Nella tassa di partecipazione sono compresi: trasporto - noleggio ciaspole e bastoni - vin brûlé e cena in capanna Prodör. Tennis Club Les Amis (Cadempino)
Quando: Martedì e/o Giovedi 20:15-21:15 (dal 10.01 al 16.02) Costo: A partire da chf 22.-/lezione Descrizione: Cardio tennis è una nuova attività di gruppo, improntata su esercizi legati al tennis, che offre ai partecipanti un workout ludico ad alto dispendio energetico. Durante tutto l’anno sono a disposizione due campi da squash sui quali è possibile giocare dalle ore 08.00 alle ore 21.45.

SKI/SNOWBOARD EXCURSION
Lenzerheide - 28.01.2017
Cost: Students and Collaborators chf 40.- Description: Excursion for indipendent skiers and snowboarders organized at the ski resort of Lenzerheide. The USI SUPSI Sports team will be there to accompany you on the slopes and propose activities conducted. In the participation fee is including ski passes and transport with USI SUPSI Vans. SNOWSHOES EXCURSION WITH DINNER IN HUT
Carì -Capanna Prodör
When: 14.01.2017 Cost: Students and Collaborators chf 30.- Description: We propose you a night excursion (full moon) with snowshoes organized on the ski area of Carì. On the participation fee are included vin brûlé and dinner in hut Prodör. More info and subscriptions
CARDIO TENNIS COURSE
Tennis Club Les Amis (Cadempino)
When: Tuesday and Thursday 20:15-21:15 (from 10.01 till 16.02) Cost: Starting from chf 22.- at lesson Description: Cardio Tennis is a new group activities, based on exercises related to tennis, which offers participants a fun workout with high energy expenditure.
