TWO NEW BILATERAL AGREEMENTS: SHANGHAI UNIVERSITY OF FINANCE&ECONOMICS AND HIGHER SCHOOL OF MOSCOW

Left: SUFE Logo; right: HSE Campus We are proud to announce that USI can now offer two new destinations outside the European boundaries. From next academic year USI students will have the chance to study in English at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE). The second agreement was signed during the month of March with the Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow. Read more about the two new partner universities.

DISCOVER TICINO: ICE HOCKEY, ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR SPORT IN SWITZERLAND

Shot of the match HCL vs. EV Zug Ice hockey is arguable one of the first and most followed and enjoyed sports in Switzerland (together with soccer and skiing). There are two Ticinese teams active at the national level: HC Lugano, located in the southern part of the canton, and HC Ambrì-Piotta, located in the north. We organised a special visit to the HC Lugano’s ice rink, the Resega, for our newly arrived exchange students.
 

102 USI STUDENTS ARE READY TO GO ABROAD!

Students preparing the mobility application Like every year, the end of February marked the deadline for the submission of the study-abroad applications for the following academic year.This year, the number of USI students from the Lugano faculties wishing to go on an exchange abroad was particularly high with 75 applicants, whereas students from the Academy of Architecture embarking on an exchange period are 27.
